Binding Agreement

Tia Housing And Wood Inc. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, utility failures, Internet disruptions, telecommunications outages, or supplier failures.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to reflect the parties original intent to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions of these terms shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate service agreements or statements of work executed between you and Tia Housing And Wood Inc., constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.

No waiver of any term or condition set forth in these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.
